User rights

You also have the right to withdraw the consent you have given us in the past.  It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your personal information so that we can update it.  In the vast majority of cases, you can do so by contacting our various customer services departments. Presse Commerce will respond to your request within 30 days.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other entity's web sites that may be accessed through links from Presse Commerce web sites, and Presse Commerce is not responsible for the privacy practices of such entities. If you follow a link to another entity's site, that entity will have its own privacy policies and you should review them before submitting any personal information to them.

Consent to the policy

By providing us with personal information through the channels described in this Privacy Policy, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, and you authorize Presse Commerce, its third parties and service providers to process your personal information for the purposes stated.

Minors under the age of 14 must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian before providing us with their personal information except where such collection will clearly benefit the minor.
